I have added the two commands you put here:
ModemSetupAACmd: AT+FCLASS=0;+FAE=1
ModemWaitForConnect: yes
and restart hylafax and faxgetty
and it still doesn't work:
the hylafax log is the same, and the mgetty log is the following:

and then i have to manualy kill the getty-link process
