hello all,

The silence is deafening :)

I'm willing to pay for some help here.

I've emailed sales@xxxxxxxx and sales@xxxxxxxxxxx as well as this list and so far no-one has replied.

I think it's my modem config - I've used the instructions at http://www.hylafax.org/howto/tweaking.php to build my own config, I'm using class 1 (the dynalinks don't support class 2) and still I'm getting timeouts while receiving.

I'm willing to try new modems -any australian users of hylafax have any suppliers they can use and recommend please?

BTW how do I determine what flow control the modems are using?

During faxaddmodem I entered XONXOFF for software flow control but the config.tty.. file doesn't mention that - is that OK?

Sorry for the newbie questions but I have trawled the list and googled 'til I dropped.
