I was able to solve my error by applying a patch suggested by Christoph
Henniger from the avm-b1 mailinglist.

This patch for capi4hylafax can be downloaded from
http://www.sommrey.de/capi4hylafax/capi4hylafax-01.02.02-jo.patch.

The problem is related to the posix-thread library under the 2.6 kernel. More
