[hylafax-users] problems with outgoing faxes

I'm running hylafax4.1.8-1rph on Fedora Core 1, gcc-3.3.2-1 and
libtiff-3.5.7-14. I am not able to fax to a long distance number, but I can
fax locally under the default configuration(strange...) It comes back with
the "No carrier detected" error message. I tried using different modems and
it still gives me the same error for the long distance faxes. I tried
adding command "ModemDialCmd: ATDT%s@" and it works when I dial to my other
1800 number, but not locally any longer(328-0183 area code 516) and long
distance doesn't work either way (1-856-456-8273). Anything else I should
try? I appreciate in advance!
