Thanks for your tips - I'll try them soon.
Regarding the "disclaimer", unfortunately that's what the company I work for
does automatically on the outbound mail server... not much I can do about it
:(

whfc has it's own killtime settings.

The quick fix is, open the sendfax dialog as the user who sends the
faxes via the macro and set a higher killtime there. A cleaner hack is
to modify the registry entry HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Whfc/KillTime
and set a much higher value there during the start of the macro.

According this Disclaimer i had to notify Morris, and delete this
message without answering to it, since my name is not hylafax-users.
I would call the usage of such an disclaimer in a public mailing list
<uhm> an "interesting concept".
