Hi,

I was able to receive the fax, but not able to send, it's giving this
error message.

The only times I've seen this problem is when the kernel serial driver 
was faulty, when there was a hardware configuration problem (IRQs, 
etc.), or when I was simultaneously running a Linmodem driver on the 
system.
