First, thanks for this information, as I am definately planning to perform this upgrade in the near future.  But, for the less-experienced among us, what if all didn't go well, and you now have a non-functional fax server and 200 "out of service" users forming a lynch mob outside your door?  How to recover?

 

Any upgrade should include a fall-back procedure to get the system back to the original state.  I don't know how to do it, but I'd like to before embarking on this adventure.  Any ideas?

 Then rerun faxsetup and you're all set. If all went well then you will have the new ECM capabale HylaFax running which definitely helped us out here.
