[hylafax-users] Negotiation capping?

Is there a way to force my faxmodem to only negotiate up to 9600? 
Apparently, the VOIP service I'm using only supports 9600 baud and lower 
fax rates?

I'm using a USR Courier V.34 internal as a Class 1 device successfully 
on an analog line, currently.
