The same exact error cannot happen in Class 1 as in Class 2 here 
because they use different sets of code.

I don't know.  But, it puts it within the range of a 16-bit integer and 
satisfies my concern. :-)

Not one hour - one minute.  The value is in increments of milliseconds.
