faxrcvd is also launched in case of failure, when hylafax could only receive
a garbled page. If the receiption fails because of comm-failures hylfax calls
bin/notify of whatever you tell hylafax to do. 

You can set the following in your config file
WedgedCmd:              bin/wedged
FaxRcvdCmd:             bin/faxrcvd
NotifyCmd:              bin/notify

for modem getting wedged, fax receiption or notification
