This is not a Cypheus issue, but a libtiff issue. If you are using
libtiff v. 3.5.7, try to go back to 3.5.5.
HylaFAX adds ";<number>" to get a temporary unique TIFF file name
(AFAIK). If you try same command using "docq/doc3.ps;31" (with
quotation marks) it should work.

Please update to Cypheus 2.50 RC3, because Cypheus is using now .tif
extension and creates always G3-1D EOL encoded TIFF files. I will
add an option to start a client based TIFF checking to the final
2.50 version to avoid these errors on the server.
