the standard faxgetty in 4.1.3 should support this, you need to set the
CIDNumber Option in your modem config (set it to FM: and you will get
"238 TO:366" as $CIDNUMBER in FaxDispatch).  But as far as i know CID/DID
matching is only done while the Modem sends its RING messages, while your
Modem seems to send the CID/DID info after the ATA command. So you will need
to configure your modem to send this Information with the RING message.
