c00146102 and c00090313, both different fax numbers, attached (mangled 
to protect their identities until I get permission to send test faxes). 
 "Canon Laser Class 9000 Series" (owned by the head office of the 
company in question) and "Panasonic".

That's what I'd read before purchasing the MultiTech modems in question ...

I'm using Class 2 on the MT2834BA's and Class 1 on the MT5600BL ... 
similar error %age (but different errors).

Not on those two modems yet; but I suggested it yesterday to my client.
