[hylafax-users] Error when staring client

We have activate the client WHFC in one of our customers PC.
There is a message(exception) pointing to the
 OE na0028:C16E253E ve VXD VTDI(01) + 000000BA ...............
at the beginning. By hitting the space bar the error disappears, but
Excel and Word are terribly slow (very long opening time for Office 
files.) There has been no such problem before activation of FAX
client.
Any hint?
