Download from ftp://ftp.sgi.com/sgi/fax/contrib/covers/makefaxcover.tar.Z
the script make_faxcover. It allows you to create a cover (with a postscript
editor, like for example Tgif for Linux) and then to convert it for Hylafax
use. Basically, it replaces standard field names for use with Hylafax's own
names.
