Hello,

We have recently set up a hylafax server using an Eicon DivaServer T1/PRI
24M.
It seems to work for the most part.

We were using a service such as faxaway prior to installing our own server.
Following the installation, we are receiving complaints about 
recipients receiving multiple copies of the fax.  The following is a 
session log that is from a recent call to his number.

The recipient has a shared phone/fax line.  He answers the phone, then if he
hears a fax machine, they push receive on their fax machine and hang up the
phone.  I've set, the MaxDials to 3 and he is receiving 3 copies of the fax.

The important part of the log is at the end.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the cause, or possible workarounds that
would prevent multiple copies?
