Will it send a multiple-page fax?  Is this the only recipient where this 
occurs?

There are 3 things that happen between pages or at the end of the fax: 1) 
RTC, 2) CQ, 3) PPM.  So, it's just a matter of figuring out which one we 
need to mess with.
