Why do you presume to _know_ that I " should have a good command of the
english language" ? You have no knowledge of me as a person or my
culture.

How so? I submitted a very innocent (non-offensive) question to the list
and the only response was a patronizing response from Mr. Rocadas
implying that I was some kind of incompetent moron who had not bothered
to RTFM.

That is no excuse. If I am not fully proficient in one of the languages
that I speak (or at least have some command of), I do not try to make
jokes or use colloquialisms, since it is very easy make mistakes and
unintentionally cause offense. In Mr. Rocadas's case, he is very
proficient in the English language as is illustrated by the continuing
insults he now sends me by direct e-mail. How can that be considered "a
joke"?

No I am not ranting. If you bothered to go back and read my initial
message in this thread, you will see that it was a perfectly reasonable
request for information, which was responded to with ridicule and scorn.

In conclusion, I do not understand why you feel it necessary to jump
into a (now very uninteresting) thread and publicly abuse me. What have
I ever done to harm you? At least Mr. Rocardas has shown some measure of
decency by taking his insults "of list".

Can we now _Please_ put an end to this thread.
