Works fine for me both sending and receiving:

Sep 24 18:05:53.07: [ 8157]: <-- [9:AT+FRH=3\r]
Sep 24 18:05:53.46: [ 8157]: --> [7:CONNECT]
Sep 24 18:05:54.92: [ 8157]: --> HDLC<25:FF C0 C2 74 C6 76 92 64 04 34 1E
F6 76
86 A6 22 04 04 04 04 04 04 04 DC 28>
Sep 24 18:05:54.92: [ 8157]: --> [2:OK]
Sep 24 18:05:54.92: [ 8157]: REMOTE TSI "Deanox, &Inc."

(this was sent by another HylaFAX server).

Technically, however, T.30 only lists numeric characters 0-9, commas,
whitespace, + and dashes as acceptable characters in a TSI string. So, it
may not be surprising to find machines that don't like various characters
other than these.
