What I meant by "there is no CID information available on the second ring"
is that if faxgetty answers on the second ring - although CID information
was delivered just prior, after (on) the first ring, then there will be
empty CID information given to HylaFAX because that information is not
delivered after (on) the second ring.  Bug or not, that's the way that
HylaFAX handles it: there is no CID information available to faxgetty on
the second, third, or later rings.  Try it, you'll see.

Now... could CID information be available?  Yes.  Is it?  Not without that
patch.
