Glad you caught that! I did the downgrade after Hylafax was reporting (via
faxstat) the status "Receiving from..." but never leaving that mode. I found
some suggestions showing the fix to be downgrading to libtiff 3.4. I was
using libtiff 3.5.5-7 but after using rpm -e --nodeps on 3.5.5-7 and
installing the libtiff 3.4 (rpm -Uvh) the problem went away.
