Well, I didn't think mine was a HylaFAX problem until I found that faxing on a USR modem *does* work for this instance. If you pass me your number privately, I'd be happy to send you a test fax from here, which should tell us if it's your configuration, and I could try with a USR modem, too, if it fails at first.
