[hylafax-users] question?

I inststalled via the rpm. I'm running Redhat 6.2. However, when I run
usr/sbi/ntsysv Hylafax is not listed?  I take it my installation is not
complete.  when I run:
	 rpm -qa |grep -i hylafax

it lists hylafax.  Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this?
