That rpm lacks the init script.
Attached you find the init script

1) gunzip it
2) # install -o 0 -g 0 -m 755 hylafax /etc/rc.d/init.d
3) # /sbin/chkconfig --add hylafax (now ntsysv will find it).
4) # service hylafax start (to start HylaFAX)

Since the attachment is small and the problem is common I'm sending this
to the list.
