[hylafax-users] Ufff my fax ....... faxq gets 99% of CPU

Hello ...

Ok. this is about hylafax,faxq,suse 6.4,my modem -trust 28 data / 14 fax
- and me :-)

Well i have everything :

1) Server running at boot , /etc/rc.config hylafax var  set to 'yes' ,
and hylafax starts i see it in /var/log/messages.

2)Configured modem on /dev/ttyS0 , ok i have a link /dev/modem ->
/dev/ttyS0.

3) The faxstat says 'running  and idle'.

But when i try to send a fax , 'sendfax ....' or Suse java cliente
'Susefax'  , it doesn't works and what happen is that faxq get 99% of
CPU and no fax is sent.

Yeah i know i forget someting , the line in /etc/inittanb :


# fax getty (hylafax)
# mo:23:respawn:/usr/lib/fax/faxgetty /dev/modem


When I uncomment it or i execute in a xterm by hand , faxgetty open the
device , gets the modem type but nothing more happens.



Another thing is wvdial/ppp and hylafax it's gonna have any trouble or
with /var/lock/LO* thing is enough?


P.D.Hylafax change the owner of /dev/ttyS0 from root to uucp it's normal
or when it finish the owner mus back to root.
