[hylafax-users] remote gets ok - but we reject the page

several remote fax machines are indicating that they are getting an OK
message when they send faxes to us.  from the snip of the log below, it
would seem that we had a problem receiving the page.  the tiff for this
page was empty, so the remote sender thought everything was ok, and we
did not print anything.  i understand why we reject a page, and the
problems that can happen with line noise, i am just not sure why the
remote faxes are getting an OK message, and we have an empty tiff.

if anyone needs to see my configs to help me with this, i'll post them.
