It could be that your server needs time to convert the PostScript to the
faxformat.
Try increasing your document conversion timeout settings and give it a
little time, I had the same problem which was caused by rather big
documents. Sometimes the server wouldn't deleiver the fax until some 6 or 7
minutes after submitting the job.
