[hylafax-users] usrobotics and sending fax

I use system RH 6.1, hylafax-4.1beta2 and momem USR 33.6 sportser

I install hylfax, run faxsetup, run faxmodem ttyS1
and when I send fax by WHFC I see in logs
JOB 1 SUBMITED and noting eles.
Then I log to my server and run
/usr/local/sbin/faxsend -m ttyS1 -l /var/spool/fax/sendq/q1
modem dial a number but after 2s of communictaion with remote fax hang up.
There is something like that in log file

My question are:
1. Why fax is not send automaticly but stuck in queue
2. Why my modem can not comunicate with remoute fax

p.s I red lot of post in mialing list and try many options but still the
same
