[hylafax-users] Setting up the cover template (from-* fields)

Hello,

I'm trying to make a cover for HylaFAX for our Company. I use the
package latex-cover 1.07. I have problem for filling the fields :

    - from-company
    - from-location
    - from-fax-number
    - from-voice-number

The others fields like comments, regarding, to, etc, are OK.

How can setup the from-* fields ?
