There is no such thing as "generic" in either case.  You've got to be
specific.
HylaFAX works fine in RH7.0.  The current RPM is a bit naggy on the
install, but all is well regardless.

Generally speaking, use Class 1 if you have a USR modem.  And it would be
very rare that FlowControl should be set to None (which you have).
