I edited my config.ttyS1 file so that hardware flow control is used. The log file now proves it: Mar 08 14:03:25.32: [ 9161]: <-- [9:AT+FLO=2\r] Mar 08 14:03:25.56: [ 9161]: --> [2:OK] However, the bottom half the faxes file are "squished" when it comes out of the fax machine. The command "ls -l /etc | sendfax -n -d 2977186" makes the top half of every page good and the bottom half is squished. Only pages 2 of 5 made it through and log file shows: Mar 08 14:56:02.42: [ 9810]: REMOTE HANGUP: Unspecified Transmit Phase D error, including +FPHCTO timeout between data and +FET command (code 50) I'm going to abandon this internal modem and go with an external Multitech and see if I have these same problems. =eric wood FYI, I'd stay away from this modem: atz OK ati3 Texas Instruments RK 56000 Voice Fax Rev. 05.A.30 ati7 Configuration Profile...
