Email alerts

Hi all.  HylaFAX is successfully sending faxes, but I'd like to be able to
click on the ftp://... line in the email, but apparently the opening and
closing brackets prevent netscape from treating it as a URL.

Where is the format of this message defined?  Other ideas on how to fix
this?
