The log shows everything goes fine. I can imagine the only reason for
the fault: the remote modem does not receive correct EOP/MPS signal. This
issue (if I identify it right) is modem-related and has nothing to do with
configuration of Hylafax. Try to increase transmit level for you modem, if
it's possible (no, I don't know how to do this for the Rockwell chipset),
update your firmware and so on.
