flexfax: hfaxd and date/time formatting

everybody,

does anybody know how to modify the formatting of date/time values
from hfaxd? (i haven`t had a look at the source yet)

i would very much apreciate some consistent format like JPARM SENDTIME
offers.

for a client it would be easier to reformat/analyse a consistent format, 
think about different date/time formats in different countries.

my client now does an additional JPARM SENDTTIME to retrieve this
value from the server. this slows things down significantly.


is it true that hfaxd only accepts time in GMT?
i have had a look at the source and this is what i found out.
is it true that this behaviour is not modified by TZONE LOCAL?
