flexfax: HylaFax patches?

Hello,
	Just downloaded every patch on the http://www.hylafax.org/patches/
	I didn't see this link on the www.hylafax.org page?????
	Would recommend patches being listed for each sequent version of
HylaFax, even if it doesn't matter, just to avoid confusion.  There are
patches a year old etc.

	I use SuSE 6.2 (Linux) HylaFax v4.0pl2-71 .  Should I use them all?  Are
there any patches that would cause me problems?  Some are for RedHat.  Blah. 
Some for SunOS.  Some more than a year old.  Etc.  None for SuSE people.  Sigh.
