flexfax: Missing Fax Beep

Hey there

When we send faxes using HylaFax (we use the WHFC windows client - but I
don't really think that's very important), our modem doesn't send out
the "beeps" that normally get sent out by a fax machine when it's sending
a fax.  We have a USR Sportster x2 modem and are using hylafax 4.0pl2
running on a RedHat 6.1 system.
