flexfax: whfc/outlook problems

I am trying to integrate/import the Outlook Contact details into the 
whfc phonebook without any success.

I do this :

open Outlook
export Contacts to a .xls/.dbf/access whatever file 
whfc->fax->define phonebook

odbc (Fax No from same table)->select database
  ->machine data source->export file format
"select database" has a field called "contacts",

when "contacts" is selected, there are fields in "to" 
"entryname" etc.

But when I click ok, nothing happens and opening the phonebook
doesn't work as expected.

Any help appreciated
