flexfax: Error configuring HylaFAX

I am configuring HylaFAX in OpenServer 5.0.4 with an modem U.S.Robotics 56K Faxmodem.

 

When i teste the server, the state is 'Waiting for modem to come ready' and the server send me mail with the subject "modem on /dev/tty1A appears wedged".

 

I configured the log for the server. In the log file appears:

What's the problem?.
