flexfax: Broken links in recvq man page.

The baseline version of the recvq man page for 4.0pl2 contains links to
a non-existent page faxview/viewfax, but not the the real page, faxinfo,
which is certainly relevant.

(It's possible that viewfax/faxview are from a third party source.)
