hello, I'm writing to this mailing list because I still couldn't solve the problem with sending faxes under hylafax 4.0.2-8 using Debian Linux 2.1. The modem is a Creatix SG 2834. I've reading tha FAQ and mail archives, but couldn'd find the solution. I appreciate any help..........................................thank you, frank. ------------------------------------------------------------- # xferlog 08/08/99 18:04 SEND 00000012 ttyS1 12 "" root@control "32423" "" 65535 0 0:29 0:00 "Busy signal detected" ------------------------------------------------------------- # log for job12 Aug 08 18:04:26.27: [ 1418]: SESSION BEGIN 00000012 494032423 Aug 08 18:04:26.28: [ 1418]: SEND FAX: JOB 15 DEST 32423 COMMID 00000012 Aug 08 18:04:26.28: [ 1418]: DELAY 2600 ms Aug 08 18:04:28.87: [ 1418]: <-- [15:ATE0V1Q0S0=0H0\r] Aug 08 18:04:29.02: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:29.02: [ 1418]: <-- [21:ATS8=2S7=60&K4&D3&C1\r] Aug 08 18:04:29.17: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:29.17: [ 1418]: <-- [12:AT+FCLASS=2\r] Aug 08 18:04:29.31: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:29.31: [ 1418]: <-- [10:AT+FTBC=0\r] Aug 08 18:04:29.46: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:29.46: [ 1418]: <-- [10:AT+FBOR=0\r] Aug 08 18:04:29.61: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:29.61: [ 1418]: <-- [13:AT+FPHCTO=30\r] Aug 08 18:04:29.76: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:29.76: [ 1418]: <-- [24:AT+FDCC=1,5,2,2,1,0,0,0\r] Aug 08 18:04:29.91: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:29.91: [ 1418]: <-- [5:ATM0\r] Aug 08 18:04:30.05: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:30.05: [ 1418]: <-- [12:AT+FCLASS=2\r] Aug 08 18:04:30.30: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:30.30: [ 1418]: <-- [10:AT+FTBC=0\r] Aug 08 18:04:30.55: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:30.55: [ 1418]: <-- [10:AT+FBOR=0\r] Aug 08 18:04:30.80: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:30.80: [ 1418]: <-- [13:AT+FPHCTO=30\r] Aug 08 18:04:31.05: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:31.05: [ 1418]: <-- [24:AT+FDCC=1,5,2,2,1,0,0,0\r] Aug 08 18:04:31.30: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:31.30: [ 1418]: <-- [23:AT+FLID="NothingSetup"\r] Aug 08 18:04:31.55: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:31.55: [ 1418]: <-- [10:AT+FSPL=1\r] Aug 08 18:04:31.80: [ 1418]: --> [2:OK] Aug 08 18:04:31.80: [ 1418]: DIAL 32423 Aug 08 18:04:31.80: [ 1418]: <-- [10:ATDT32423\r] Aug 08 18:04:55.21: [ 1418]: --> [4:BUSY] ****what does "4" mean?
