There's a new 4.1beta1 binary for RedHat 6.0 at
ftp://ftp.hylafax.org/. You might try it out, and you might also try
using the modem at Class 1 instead of Class 2: a lot of the newer,
especially off-brand modems seem to be happier with Class 1.  If you
get it working nicely, please post the config file!
