flexfax: Cover Page

I made a postscript cover page and everything seems to be working okay.
The only thing I noticed is when I submit a postscript file for faxing,
it does not put the number of pages on the cover page, but it does on
the header(i.e. page 1 of 3).  When I submit a ascii file, I does put
the number on the coverpage.  Any ideas?
