flexfax: HylaFAX on RedHat 5.0

Hello:

   I'm having? some troubles while trying to make work Hylafax on a RH5.0
server, I got hylafax from the rpm for RH5.x release 7.

I have a US Robotics modem which supports Class 1 and 2.0, I have tried to
config it as class 1 and also as class 2.0, the problem is that I believe
it cannot initialitate
 because its always qith this message:

HylaFAX scheduler on server: Running
Modem modem (+391-5132): Waiting for modem to come ready

and the  logs say nothing about it, this what I get:

etc. but nothing saying that the modem is bein used or something like
that.
Do you know where can I see whats happenning?
Can you help me?
