Hi David,

What seems to be the problem? Do you just get blank or garbage? I can
send you my cover page which works, however I don't use the postscript
routine to chop up the lines, since it doesn't handle '\n' properly
(however it does work otherwise). Instead I use the comments1, comments2
fields and have fixed the code so that it works with '\n'. I did post
the patch to the list, but I am not sure that the maintainer picked it
up.

Does the standard CGI cover page work? I think we should replace the
standard cover page with a more generic one, so that people who are not
postscript savvy at least get something useful.

I'll post the patch again if you want.
