flexfax: adaptive answer with hylafax 4.0pl2 on linux 2.0.33 with hayes accura v.34

I was wondering if anyone could help me set up the faxgetty to be able to
receive data calls at speeds > 19200 while retaining the ability to receive
faxes.  I can't seem to figure out how to set it up to switch to 19200 for
faxes but open the port at 38400 so that calls can come in at speeds up to
28800.  Any help will be appreciated.
