flexfax: Strange failure messages

Folks,

I was wondering if anyone has noticed this sort of "error", and what it
implies.  It appears that an EOP error should be been generated, not this
error message.  My error scripts complain when they see this, and before I
code around it, I thought it might be a more fundamental problem:

  Your facsimile job to 9075714 failed because:
    Normal and proper end of connection; too many attempts to send


The second one is a "file not available" for a group fax I'm doing, even
though it clearly is:

This is 4.0pl1 on Solaris 2.5.1, with a USR Total Control chassis.
