flexfax: only one page / waiting for v.21 carrier

Hello guys,

while everyone is thinking about great improvements to HylaFax I am having 
pretty simple problems:

I run Hylafax 4.0pl0 on RedHat 2.0.27 (Pentium166), my modem is a
cirrus logic 33.6.

I can send and receive, but only one page.  After that it fails.  It seems
something gets messed up after the MPS.


I am afraid this problem be related to another I have.  When dialing
out with kermit, etc I get the device busy message which seems to be
related to setting / not-setting &C1 and &D2.

somebody asking this problem.  The other was somebody else saying he
had the same problem...

Does anybody know what to do?
