flexfax: HylaFAX: no client permission

Hi folks,

I apologize if this is a stupid question but I'm quite a 'newby'. I want
to use HylaFAX (OS: LINUX 2.0.3). After configuration with 'setupfax'
get the following response:

# faxstat -v
Trying localhost (127.0.0.1) at port 4559...
Connected to localhost.
420 holtkotten.holtkotten.de server cannot initialize: Could not create
client/1652:permission denied

Honestly, I checked out man files and FAQs. Did I overlook something?
Please help.
