flexfax: SEND recv RTN (retrain negative)

Dear Hylafaxers,

I'm running a ZyXEL 1496E with 6.17 firmware and HylaFAX 4.0p1 binary distrubution
on an Ultra1 Sun workstation. Configuration files are standart
(taken from distribution)

It seems to be a common problem with ZyXEL 1496E/HylaFAX 4.0p1 combination

When sending fax to an fax machine I'm repeatedly getting a 
SEND recv RTN (retrain negative) message in logs like this:
(It's funny but I don't have this problem if sending faxes to an OLD fax machine :))

Sorry for such big log... I just don't know if modem initialization is matters...
