Sorry - I can't keep Microsoft mail from doing this.

This is "AT&S0" if executed separately. This is a part of the ModemResetCmds
explained in the config file I sent 2 emails ago.
I would split the command this way:
(AT) &B1
	&N0
 	&S0
	S18=4
	S38.3=1
	D1
	E0
	V1
	Q0
	S0=3
	H0
